FAQ
1. How is Education different from the Free plan?
The biggest differences are File Upload Size and Block Limits. The Free plan limits uploads to 5MB and may restrict blocks during collaboration. The Education plan removes these limits, allowing you to store heavy study materials and work documents freely.
2. Can the Admin see my data?
No. This is a personal account upgrade. Pages created in your "Private" section are visible only to you, unless you explicitly create them in a "Teamspace" or use the "Share" button.
3. Can I upgrade my personal Gmail?
Yes. We support upgrading directly on your personal email; you do not necessarily need to own a .edu email beforehand.
4. Will I lose my data if the subscription expires?
No. If expired, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your old data remains accessible, but you will lose the ability to upload files larger than 5MB. To restore features, simply renew the package with the shop.
5. Does this include Notion AI?
By default, the Education/Plus plan does not include unlimited Notion AI (the writing/summarizing feature). Notion AI is a separate paid add-on. However, you may still have access to a limited number of free AI responses per Notion's policy.
