5. FAQ

1. Should I buy Pro or Boost?

• If you only need a tool to look up keywords: Choose Pro.
• If you want more views and want VidIQ to write SEO automatically: Choose Boost. Most Empire X customers choose Boost for significantly better results.

2. Is this for 1 or multiple channels? The upgrade applies SEO optimization features (Boost) to 01 main channel. However, the Keyword Research feature can be used generally for any topic.

3. Do I need to provide my YouTube password? No. Empire X only needs your VidIQ account Email. When using, VidIQ will ask you to log in with Google to grant permission to view analytics (this is standard YouTube API procedure).

4. Is VidIQ safe from YouTube scans? Yes. VidIQ is a YouTube Certified Partner. Using VidIQ is completely legitimate and encouraged.

5. What is VPH? Why is it important in Boost? VPH (Views Per Hour) indicates current video velocity. The Boost plan helps you find videos with unusually high VPH (going viral) so you can make similar content and ride the wave for massive growth.

6. Is Vietnamese supported? The keyword research tool supports Vietnamese very well. Type a Vietnamese keyword, and it returns accurate search volume in Vietnam.

7. What do I do after upgrading? You need to download VidIQ Vision for YouTube (Extension) on the Chrome/Edge store and install it. Then log in with the upgraded account to see the tools appear next to YouTube videos.

8. I'm on Pro, can I upgrade to Boost? Yes. Contact Empire X Support to pay the difference for an upgrade.

9. Do I lose data when the plan expires? No. The account reverts to Free. Historical data remains, but premium features will be locked until renewed.

10. How does Empire X warrant? If the account reverts to Free, message the shop, and we will check and fix the error immediately.
