2. Product Details

Empire X introduces Pacdora Lite Personal Upgrade – The perfect starting tool for the packaging design world. If you don't have a large budget for the Pro plan, but the Free version is too restrictive (huge watermarks, no dieline downloads), the Lite plan is born to solve that exact pain point at a highly affordable price.

Uses and Benefits:

• Unleash 4,900+ Mockups: Gain access to the entire treasure trove of packaging from paper boxes, zip bags, and metal cans to glass bottles.
• Print-ready Dieline Export: With just one click, Pacdora calculates and exports the flat die-cut drawing (Dieline) with full crease and cut lines in PDF/AI format to send straight to the print house.
• Sharp 2K Renders (No Watermark): Turn your 2D designs into realistic 3D images at 2K resolution, completely clean of software watermarks, perfectly suited for Behance, Facebook, or E-commerce listings.
• Custom Font Upload: Upload your brand's specific fonts to the system for consistent designing.

Delivery Process (Empire X):

4. Warranty Policy

Warranty Duration: Full 30-day warranty.

Policy:

• Re-activate or replace with a new equivalent account if Lite status is lost.

Disclaimer:

Customer complains about not being able to export 4K images or 1080p videos (This is a Lite plan limitation, not a bug). Customer voluntarily changes the plan in settings.

5. FAQ

1. Can the Lite plan export files for the print house? Yes. The Lite plan includes the full Dieline Export feature (PDF, AI...) identical to the Pro plan. This is the biggest reason to upgrade to Lite.

2. Is 2K sharp enough for a Portfolio? Absolutely. 2K resolution is very sharp when viewed on computer screens, phones, e-commerce sites, or social networks.

3. If I buy Lite now, can I upgrade to Pro later? Yes. You can contact Empire X to pay the difference and upgrade to the Pro version anytime your workflow demands it (e.g., needing 4K or 3D sharing links).

4. My computer doesn't have a GPU, will it work? Yes. Pacdora handles graphic rendering on their Cloud servers. Your computer just needs to run a web browser smoothly.

5. Does Empire X need my password? Usually YES, to log in and process the plan payment. You should change your password after the upgrade is complete.

6. Will my designs be deleted after 1 month? No. Your designs are saved. But when the account reverts to Free, you won't be able to export watermark-free files or download new Dielines.

7. Do you provide VAT invoices? No. This is a budget support package (Reseller), so we do not support issuing red VAT invoices.
