5. FAQ
- Is the Essential plan enough for personal use? With 5,000 credits, you can generate thousands of images per month, which is very comfortable for personal needs.
- Why should I choose the Infinite plan ($56)? If you run large projects, need Batch generation, or train many custom AI Models, the Infinite plan with 8-thread parallel processing is the most economical choice.
- Do unused credits expire? With Premium accounts at Empire X, Credits usually roll over to the next month if you renew.
- Can I upgrade from Essential to Advanced? Yes, you can contact Empire X to pay the difference and upgrade the package.
- Which package supports 18+ image generation best? All packages support it, but Advanced and Infinite provide more Credits for you to experiment freely (Prompting).
- How does Empire X handle warranties? We commit to stable account operation throughout the rental period, refund if faulty.
- Is there a big speed difference between packages? Advanced and Infinite packages are prioritized for GPU resources, so render speeds will be significantly faster during peak hours.
- What do I need to provide for the upgrade? Just your OpenArt account Email (password may not be needed if activated via link, or required depending on the time).
- Can I create animations (GIF/Video)? OpenArt focuses on still images, but has basic motion tools that consume a lot of Credits (recommended to use large packages).
