5. FAQ

1. What are "Voice Slots"? Voice Slots are the number of custom AI voice models you can train and save on your account. If you want to clone multiple exclusive voices, you should choose the Producer or Professional plan.

2. Is the Professional plan truly unlimited? Yes. The Professional plan allows unlimited downloads. However, Kits AI applies a "Fair Use" policy to prevent server abuse (e.g., using bots for data scraping). Normal creative usage will never hit this limit.

3. Can I monetize music made with Kits AI? Yes. All voices in Kits AI's base library are Royalty-Free. You own the masters and can distribute them on Spotify/Apple Music.

4. Does Kits AI generate background music/beats? Kits AI focuses mainly on Vocal Processing and Stem Separation. For generating full instrumental beats from text (Text-to-Music), you should combine it with Suno AI or Udio.

5. Can I renew after 1 month? Yes. You can contact Empire X to renew your existing account to keep all your trained Custom Voices.

6. Do you provide VAT invoices? No. This is a budget support package (Reseller), so we do not support issuing red VAT invoices.
