5. FAQ
- I bought a 3-device package, can I install it on both my phone and computer? Yes, the Kaspersky Premium key activates on Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS. You can share it across different devices.
- How is Premium different from Plus? The Premium package adds Identity Protection and includes a free Kaspersky Safe Kids subscription (high value) for child management.
- Is the VPN in this package limited? No, the Premium package comes with unlimited daily VPN data.
- Will I lose the license if I reinstall Windows? You should create a MyKaspersky account and link the Key to it. When reinstalling Windows, just log in to the account, and the license will automatically be recognized.
- Can this Key be stacked? Usually, cheap Keys do not support stacking days. You should wait for the old key to expire before entering the new key from Empire X.
- Does Empire X send a Key or an Account? We usually send an Activation Code (Key), which you enter into your own account to ensure privacy.
- Do Macs get full features? On macOS, Kaspersky still provides good virus protection and VPN, but some system optimization features may be fewer than on Windows.
- What is Kaspersky Safe Kids used for? It helps you filter blacklisted websites, block apps, track location, and view reports of your children's activity on phones/computers.
- What if I change to a new computer? You need to remove the license from the old machine (or disconnect the old device in MyKaspersky) then enter the key on the new machine.
- Can this Key be activated abroad? Please read the product title carefully. If it says "Global", it works; if it says "Vietnam", it can only be activated when the IP is in Vietnam (after activation, you can take the device abroad and use it normally).
