5. FAQ

1. How is Pro different from Basic and Free? Pro is a leap in performance. While Basic only allows access to limited models, Pro unlocks the entire library of Higgsfield AI models. Additionally, the multitasking capability (creating multiple videos at once) of Pro is significantly stronger.

2. What does "Unlimited Images" mean? The Pro plan offers "Unlimited Generations" for specific image models (like Nano Banana, Seedream). You can generate thousands of images daily without worrying about running out of energy (credits) for these tasks.

3. Is the personal upgrade safe? Absolutely safe. You use your own Email, no need to share passwords. Your work history, videos, and collections are private.

4. Can I use the videos for YouTube monetization? Yes. The Pro plan includes a Commercial License, allowing you to monetize the video products you create.

5. Can I upgrade if I'm currently on the Free plan? Yes. Upgrading will switch your account status to Pro immediately without affecting old data.

6. Do I need a Fake IP to use it? No. Higgsfield works stably and smoothly in Vietnam.

7. Does Empire X warrant if I create sensitive content? No. We strictly follow Higgsfield's policies. If the account is banned due to community rule violations (creating 18+, violence...), we will refuse warranty.

8. Can I log in on multiple devices? Yes. You can use it flexibly on computers and phones (via the Higgsfield App); Pro benefits will be synchronized.

9. What is the "Seedream" feature? This is one of Higgsfield's newest artistic image/video models, and the Pro plan allows you to use this model unlimitedly to create extremely magical visuals.

10. Will my videos be deleted after expiration? Videos are not deleted, but the account will revert to Free status, and you will lose access to premium features and commercial rights for newly created videos.
