5. FAQ

1. How is Plus different from Pro? Plus is cheaper, suitable for basic personal needs (create slides, remove logo, export files). Pro is more expensive, for advanced needs (longer slides, smarter AI, detailed viewer analytics, custom font upload).

2. Can I export PowerPoint files for further editing? Yes. The Plus plan allows exporting .pptx files, and you can open them with PowerPoint on your computer to edit text and images comfortably.

3. Will I be charged again after 1 month? No. This is a one-time prepaid package at Empire X. After 1 month, the account reverts to Free, with no automatic charges to your card.

4. Do I need to provide a password? Usually YES, because the Plus plan is an Individual plan, so Empire X needs to log in to pay. We commit to absolute security.

5. Can my current Free account be upgraded? Yes. You can upgrade from a Free account to Plus at any time without losing old data.
