5. FAQ

1. How is Lite different from Pro? Lite is a stripped-down version. It DOES NOT have Clean Audio (noise reduction), Premium Stock video, and has much lower auto-subtitle limits than Pro. If you just need cutting and watermark removal, Lite is enough.

2. Can Lite generate auto subtitles? Yes, but very limited (usually under 1 hour/month). If you make many talking-head videos for TikTok needing constant subs, you should buy Veed Pro.

3. Can I use Clean Audio with this plan? No. This feature is locked on Lite. You need the Pro plan to use it.

4. Is 1080p sharp? Very sharp. 1080p is currently the best display standard for phones and regular computers.

5. Why can't I download Stock videos? Because the Lite plan does not include access to Premium Stock (High-end Video/Audio). You can only use Free Assets.

6. Can I change the password? No. This is a pre-made account, please do not change info to maintain the warranty.

7. Is there a limit on the number of exported videos? Veed generally does not limit the number of exported videos, as long as you do not violate system spam policies.

8. Can I use it on a phone? Yes, but using a computer is recommended for faster operation.

9. I bought Lite but need more features, can I switch to Pro? Please contact Customer Support. If the account hasn't been used much or is within a short period, we might support an upgrade fee (depending on current policy).

10. How does Empire X warrant? If the account has login errors or shows a watermark, message the shop immediately for a replacement account.
