5. FAQ

1. Who is the Krea AI Max plan for? The Max plan is designed for Graphic Studios, Filmmakers, Advertising Agencies, or heavy Content Creators using AI for mass production (e.g., AI storytelling channels on TikTok/YouTube).

2. What does "Highest Priority" mean? AI systems process via Servers. When overloaded, Free users are blocked, Basic users wait seconds, Pro users wait milliseconds, but Max users are served immediately on a dedicated data stream.

3. Can I share this with my team? Yes. With the massive capacity of the Max plan, you can comfortably share this account with your team (around 3-5 people) without worrying about hitting the limit.

4. Does Empire X need my password? Usually YES. We need to log in to process the payment for this premium plan. You can change your password afterward for security.

5. Do you provide VAT invoices? No. This is a budget support package (Reseller), so we do not support issuing red VAT invoices.
