Account Usage Rules

Do NOT change the password, email, or profile settings of shared accounts or pre-provided private accounts. Doing so will void your warranty immediately.
Use only on the allowed number of devices. Sharing with others is strictly prohibited.
For private accounts (upgrade on your email), ensure you leave the correct family group (if any) before upgrading. You may change the password freely for these accounts.

Worldwide Digital Delivery

EmpireX sells digital products worldwide. Delivery is completed online through the order email or the contact method provided at checkout. No physical shipment or shipping fee applies.

Most orders are delivered immediately or within two hours after successful payment. Orders requiring manual verification may take longer, and support will contact the customer if needed.
