5. FAQ

1. Can I download the drawing to edit in Adobe Illustrator? Yes. This is Pacdora Pro's biggest strength. You export the Dieline file as .AI or .PDF, then open it in Illustrator/Photoshop to create your graphic design with absolute precision.

2. Do my clients need an account to view the 3D Link? No. You send the link, and clients just click it to view and rotate the 3D model directly on their phone/PC browser.

3. Does it work on low-spec office computers? Yes. All 3D modeling and rendering processes happen on Pacdora's servers. Your computer just needs to run the Chrome browser.

4. Are there templates for Cosmetics or F&B? Plenty. Pacdora features Cream jars, Cleanser tubes, Serum bottles, Cake boxes, Coffee cups, Soda cans... All customizable in size and material (Kraft paper, glossy plastic, metal...).

5. Does Empire Tech need my password? Usually YES. We need to log in to process the upgrade payment. You can change your password afterward for security.

6. Can I renew after 1 month? Yes. Contact Empire Tech to continue renewing on the same account, keeping all your old design projects intact.

7. Do you provide VAT invoices? No. This is a budget support package (Reseller), so we do not support issuing red VAT invoices.
