5. FAQ

1. Do guests need to create a StreamYard account? No. Guests just click the link you sent, enter their name, enable camera/mic, and enter the studio. It's extremely convenient.

2. What is the Green Room in the Advanced plan? This is essential for large productions. The Host can put guests in the "Backstage" (Green Room) to chat privately, check audio, and test mics without the live audience hearing or seeing them.

3. Can StreamYard stream to TikTok? Yes. StreamYard supports TikTok via Custom RTMP. (Note: Your TikTok account must have the "PC Stream Key" feature enabled).

4. Will my stream be blurry? If you use the Core plan, max resolution is 720p. For crisp visuals, choose the Advanced plan (1080p). However, sharpness also relies 80% on your Webcam quality and home internet speed.

5. Can I stream Pre-recorded videos as if they are Live? Yes. Both plans allow you to upload pre-recorded videos and schedule them. Viewers will see it as a "LIVE" broadcast.

6. Do you provide VAT invoices? No. This is a budget support package (Reseller), so we do not support issuing red VAT invoices.
