• Product Type: Official upgrade on customer's personal Email (via Family Sharing feature).
• Storage: Each account receives 1TB (1024GB) of separate OneDrive storage.
• Privacy: Absolutely private. Even when joining Family group, your data is 100% PRIVATE — group owner and other members cannot view it.

Important Warning:

• Customers must check if their Microsoft account is already in another Family group (if yes, leave it first).
• Each Microsoft account is allowed to switch Family group only 1 time within 12 months (Microsoft policy).
• Do not leave the Family group during usage period to avoid losing license.

4. Warranty Policy

Warranty Period: Depends on the selected package, please check information on the website and in the email sent when ordering.

Policy:

• Replace with equivalent new product (Invite to new group) OR
• Refund based on unused time (Example: 12-month package used 3 months → refund 75%).

Disclaimer:

• Customers voluntarily leave the Family group.
• Customers violate Microsoft policies (storing prohibited content on OneDrive) leading to account lock.
• Customers have switched Family group over the allowed limit by Microsoft (1 time/year) making them unable to receive new invitation.

5. FAQ

1. Will the group owner see my OneDrive data? Absolutely not. Microsoft designs Family Sharing feature only to share license and total storage. Personal data, email, files — yours are yours, absolutely secure.

2. I'm using free version, will upgrade delete my old data? No. Upgrade only expands storage from 5GB to 1TB and unlocks Office features. All your old data remains intact.

3. Can I install on MacBook? Yes. Microsoft 365 is fully compatible with macOS. Download from App Store or Microsoft official website.

4. Is 1TB OneDrive shared or personal? It's personal. Each member in Family package has separate 1TB, no one invades others.

5. Should I remove old Office (Crack)? Empire Tech recommends cleanly removing old Office, pirated Office, or Crack versions to avoid license conflicts when installing official version from Microsoft.

6. After 1-year expiration, what happens to my data? If not renewed, your OneDrive storage returns to 5GB free level. Data exceeding 5GB will be frozen (cannot upload more, only download/delete) for a period before Microsoft permanently deletes.

7. Does this package include Microsoft Copilot Pro? No. Copilot Pro is a separate add-on sold by Microsoft, not included default in Microsoft 365 Personal/Family package.

8. Can I change devices? Yes. You can logout from old device and login to new device freely, as long as total simultaneous logged-in devices not exceed 5.

9. Why didn't I receive invitation mail? Please check Spam/Junk folder carefully. If still not found, contact Empire Tech CSKH to send invitation link directly.

10. Can I use Gmail to register? Yes, as long as that Gmail is already used to register as Microsoft Account.
