1. How many maps can 1,000 Credits make? Credit consumption depends on document length and complexity. On average, creating one mind map costs about 10-30 credits. With 1,000 credits, you can process about 30-50 documents per month – enough for basic study needs.

2. Can I summarize English YouTube videos? Yes. Mapify supports summarizing YouTube videos and automatically translating them into Vietnamese mind maps conveniently.

3. Does Basic access GPT-4o or Claude 3.5? Usually no. The Basic plan uses the Standard AI Model (fast and efficient). To access top-tier Advanced Models for deeper analysis, you need the Pro or Unlimited plan.

4. Does Empire Tech need my password? Usually yes, to log in for payment (due to Mapify's mechanism). We guarantee security and log out immediately after upgrading.

5. What if I run out of credits? You won't be able to use AI generation features until the next month (credit reset day). However, you can still view and manually edit old maps.

6. Can I export to Xmind? Yes. This is a great feature allowing you to combine Mapify's AI power with Xmind's professional editing tools.

7. Does it work on mobile? Yes. The account syncs across both Mapify Web and App.
