4. Warranty Policy

Warranty Duration: Depends on the selected package, please check the information on the website and in the confirmation email sent upon ordering.

Policy:

Exchange for an equivalent new product OR
Refund based on unused time (e.g., 12-month package used for 3 months → 75% refund).

Disclaimer:

Customer violates JetBrains' terms of use (public account sharing, using cracks that interfere with system files).

Customer requests a refund after successful activation and normal usage.

Customer voluntarily changes the account Email leading to License loss (if linked).

5. FAQ

1. How many computers can I install this on? According to JetBrains policy, you can install and activate on multiple devices (e.g., 1 home PC, 1 office PC, 1 laptop), but you cannot use them simultaneously.

2. Does this package include GitHub Copilot? No. JetBrains All Products Pack only includes JetBrains IDEs. GitHub Copilot is a GitHub/Microsoft product and must be purchased separately. However, JetBrains has a built-in AI Assistant (additional purchase may be required depending on policy).

3. I am using a Crack version, is it okay to install this license? You should completely uninstall the Crack version and clear any hosts files blocking JetBrains before installing the license from Empire X to ensure the most stable performance.

4. Can I renew on my old account after 1 year? Yes. You can contact Empire X again to renew on the same Email.

5. Does this product work on Mac M1/M2/M3? Yes. JetBrains supports native Apple Silicon, running very smoothly.

6. What is ReSharper? ReSharper is a powerful plugin for Visual Studio (Microsoft), helping code C# faster and more accurately. It is included in this All Products Pack.

7. Can I change my Email after purchase? The license is tied to the Email you initially provided. Changing the Email may result in losing the copyright; Empire X does not recommend this.

8. How is DataGrip different from Navicat? DataGrip is a powerful Database management tool supporting most DB types (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server...). If you are used to the JetBrains ecosystem, DataGrip is very convenient due to similar shortcuts.

9. I am a student, do I get any incentives? JetBrains offers a Free plan for students (requires student ID/edu email verification). However, if you are not eligible or your student status has expired, this Empire X package is the most economical solution.

10. Do I need to fake IP to activate? No. You activate and use it normally on the Vietnam network.
